Born in Rio de Janeiro, to Russian and Polish Jewish immigrants started to draw and paint at the age of 13. When 17, young he left Brazil for the School of Visual Arts in New York, after a few months he left to spent the following years traveling in Europe and India, he lived in London, Amsterdam, Germany, and Spain where he was involved in multimedia projects and continued to develop his unique painting style utilizing as his main medium acrylic on canvas.
